Serve this by itself for low carb with Dreamfield's pasta or over egg noodles for those not low carbing!
Ingredients:
1/4 cup oil
2 1/2 lbs lean beef chuck (trimmed and cut into 1 inch cubes)
1 garlic clove, minced
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste (6 ounce)
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon brown sugar substitute
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
2 tablespoons paprika
3/4 cup water
1 cup sour cream
Directions:
1. Heat oil large skillet over medium high heat. Add meat, and garlic; cook and stir until meat is browned.
2. Stir in tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar substitute, salt, paprika, mustard powder and 1 1/2 cup water.
3. Pour into crock pot and cook on low 8 - 10 hours.
4. Stir in sour cream just before serving.
