Beef 'n' Chili Beans

Ingredients:
3 lbs beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes, trim fat
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons ground mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 large onion, chopped
2 (10 ounce) cans diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
1 (15 ounce) can ranch style beans or 1 (15 ounce) can chili beans, undrained
1 (15 1/4 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
Directions:
1. Place the beef in a 3-quart slow cooker.
2. Combine the brown sugar, mustard, salt, paprika, chili powder and pepper; sprinkle over beef and toss to coat.
3. Top with onion, tomatoes, beans, and corn.
4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until meat is tender.
