Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Crumble ground beef in large skillet
  2. Whilte beef is browning, add onion, pepper, all seasonings, and chiles
  3. Once meat has cooked through, transfer to large pot, if needded
  4. Add beans and 1/2 jar salsa
  5. Cook on stovetop, adding salsa if needed for consistency
  6. While misture is cooking, chop/fix all garnishes
  7. Serve buffet style, letting everyone fix their own burrito according to their tastes
  8. *TO SERVE AS DIP: Pour cooked mixture into large casserole dish. Cover with shredded cheese. Bake until bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips and same garnishes.
