The most delicious way to cook liver
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs liver
1/2 cup flour
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
italian seasoning mix or pizza seasoning
1 large onion
water
Directions:
1. Liver and Onions.
2. 11/2 lbs beef liver, cut bite-sized.
3. 1/2 cup flour.
4. 2 tbs. oil.
5. 1 tsp salt.
6. 1/4 tsp pepper.
7. 1 large onion, diced.
8. 1/4 cup water.
9. Italian spice or pizza seasoning.
10. Remove skin and large veins from liver.
11. Coat meat with flour.
12. Heat oil in large skillet over moderate heat and brown meat on one side.
13. Turn liver over, sprinkle with seasonings and cover with onions.
14. Add water and cover pan tightly.
15. Cook over low heat 20-30 minutes until liver is tender.
