Simple yet filling chilli.
Ingredients:
250 g lean mince beef
400 g tinned chopped tomatoes
200 g passata italian sauce
1 onion, finely chopped
150 g mushrooms
240 g kidney beans
240 g butter beans
35 g green chillies
1 tbsp tomato puree
2 tbsp red wine
1 tbsp corn flour
Directions:
1. Place mince in non-stick pan, add onion, courgettes mushrooms & fry till brown.
2. Drain off fat & juice from beef, then add tomatoes & kidney beans
3. Simmer on low heat for 20min stirring occasionally.
4. Serve with a jacket potato or plain rice.
