Ingredients:
1# beef tenderloin
2 tbs. exra virgin olive oil
1 tbs. balsamic vinegar
1 small lemon-sliced - salt and pepper
Directions:
1. leave beef in freezer for 30 minutes to 1 hour,until beef is half frozen
2. using an electric knife or slicing machine,cut beef into very thin slices
3. arrange beef in serving plates and sprinkle with oil and vinegar
4. season with salt and pepper-garnish with lemon slices
5. serve with rye bread
