Beef Burgundy Casserole

The sauce is so yummy. A very easy dinner casserole.
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 cups burgundy wine
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed condensed golden mushroom soup
2 lbs boneless beef top sirloin steaks, trimmed and cut into 1 inch cubes
1 (6 ounce) package long grain and wild rice blend, with seasoning packet
Directions:
1. In a large (5-quart) casserole dish, add the water, Burgundy, soup, steak, and the seasoning packet for the rice mix; stir to combine.
2. Cover and cook at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
3. Take out of the oven and add the rice mix; stir to combine.
4. Cover and cook for 60-70 minutes, or until the rice is tender.
