Another addition to the 1992 cookbook
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 tablespoon fat
1/2 cup minced onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can tomato soup
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1 1/2 teaspoons vinegar
6 -8 hamburger buns
Directions:
1. Brown meat in fat. Add onion, green pepper and cook until tender. Add remaining ingredients, except buns. Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes. Serve with sliced dill pickle on toasted buns.
