Ingredients:
1 tablespoon oil
1/2 pound beef
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon minced ginger
2 cups chopped broccoli
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 cup chopped scallions
2 tablespoon chopped cilantro
Directions:
