great tasting easy soup for leftover roast beef
Ingredients:
8 c. water
1-2 tsp s&p
1-2 bay leaves
1 tsp basil
1/4 c chopped onion
1 sm (8 oz) can tomato sauce
3-4 medium potatos chopped to desired size
3 carrots chopped to desired size
3-4 stalks celery chopped
1/2 c. barley
left over roast beef or cubed stew meat
Directions:
1. Combine all and bring to boil. Turn to low and simmer for 3-4 hours
2. Serve with corn bread or biscuits
