This is a one-skillet meal! Ground beef, peppers, onions, and tomatoes are well seasoned and ready for your favorite tortilla wrap and toppings. This is a great way to sneak in a few more veggies to a family favorite!
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup onion, chopped
3/4 cup bell pepper, chopped
1 tomato, diced
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons dried cilantro
1/4 teaspoon dried chipotle powder
3/4 cup water
Directions:
1. Brown the ground beef on medium-high heat.
2. Drain beef if needed.
3. Add onions, bell peppers, and tomato (time saver: use a frozen chopped pepper and onion mix).
4. Add salt, sugar, and spices. Stir well.
5. Add water and allow to simmer for flavors to combine. Cook until water evaporates.
6. Serve in tortilla wraps with your favorite toppings.
