These are delicious and look very festive around the holidays! I've also heard them called Polish Roses.
Ingredients:
24 green onions
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, room temperature
2 (2 1/2 ounce) packages buddig beef
Directions:
1. Clean green onions and cut into 5 lengths.
2. Spread cream cheese over each slice of meat.
3. Set green onion at one end of the meat, leaving green end exposed, and roll up.
4. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
5. Arrange on platter and enjoy!
