Beef and Cheese Biscuit With a Kick

These little biscuits can be served with a meal or be a meal all alone. Serve with veggies or a salad. Or use a tiny muffin tin and make appetizers.
Ingredients:
1 cup biscuit batter (your favorite)
1/2 cup ground beef, cooked
1/2 cup monterey jack pepper cheese (or your favorite)
1 jalapeno, chopped (or more)
cilantro (to garnish)
Directions:
1. Toss ground beef with minced jalepenos.
2. Drop biscuit batter in the bottom of buttered muffin tins or just use silicone muffin tin and skip the buttering.
3. Top with ground beef mixture. Add a big pinch of cheese.
4. Bake in a 350° oven until the dough is done and the cheese melts, about 15 minutes.
5. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
