Beef and Bean Roundup # 2

A spicy modification of a long-standing family favorite.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1/4 cup onion, chopped
7 tabasco peppers, chopped (optional)
1 cup barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 (16 ounce) can baked beans, drained
3/4 cup bisquick baking mix
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
cayenne pepper
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
2. In skillet, brown beef, onion and peppers; drain.
3. Stir in barbecue sauce, brown sugar and beans.
4. Heat until bubbly.
5. Pour into 2 1/2 quart casserole.
6. Sprinkle shredded cheese over top.
7. In a separate bowl, combine Bisquick and milk; stir till smooth.
8. Drizzle over casserole evenly.
9. Sprinkle cayenne or red pepper over top for color.
10. Bake at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
