Becky's Italian Style Meatloaf

I love italian spices and I came up with this meatloaf because I wanted to put a twist on Mom's Meatloaf . Garlic, basil, oregano, parmesan cheese and italian style breadcrumbs add a lot of flavor. Ketchup, ranch dressing and egg beaters keep it nice and moist. To make it even more special, you can even add a little pasta sauce on top before you bake it.
Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 cup egg beaters egg substitute
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons ranch dressing
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
3/4 cup italian seasoned breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon garlic
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese (for top of loaf)
1/4 cup pasta sauce (optional)
Directions:
1. Place ground beef in a large mixing bowl.
2. Add egg beaters, ketchup, ranch dressing, garlic and worcestershire sauce.
3. Add remaining dry ingredients.
4. Mix together with a large spoon or hands.
5. Form into a loaf shape on a greased cookie sheet, or spread into a loaf pan.
6. If desired, spread pasta sauce on top of loaf.
7. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese.
8. Bake at 400 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
