Bear's Picnic Veggie Dip

Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise
8 ounces sour cream
1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope vegetable soup mix
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
assorted raw vegetables
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream and soup mix.
2. Stir in spinach and water chestnuts. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serve with vegetables.
