An oriental flavoured salad.
Ingredients:
12 oz. bean sprouts
1/4 cup green onions, sliced
2 tbsp. peanut or sesame oil
2 tbsp. soya sauce
2 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted
1 tbsp. granulated sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 cup red pepper strips
Directions:
1. Put bean sprouts, onion and red peppers into a bowl. Combine oil, soya sauce, sesame seeds, sugar and vinegar. Pour over vegetables. Toss to coat. Serve immediately.
