Bean Salsa
Ingredients:
14 ounces black beans, rinsed and drained
14 ounces pinto beans, rinsed and drained
14 ounces diced tomatoes, drained slightly
14 ounces rotel tomatoes, drained slightly
14 ounces corn, drained
1/2 cup red onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 cup fat free italian dressing
Directions:
1. Mix together and let sit for 3-4 hours. Add diced jalapenos or Tabasco to taste, if desired.
