This is easy to make and a good protein source. I needed something I could carry with me to go that had a lot of protein.
Ingredients:
16 ounces (1 can) kidney beans
16 ounces (1 can) navy beans
15 ounces (1 can) black beans
15 1/2 ounces (1 can) pinto beans
12 ounces salsa
Directions:
1. Open cans of beans
2. Drain liquids
3. Mix together all ingredients in bowl
4. Chill
5. Serve
