Bean and Corn Salad
Ingredients:
3/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup white vinegar
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
6 stalks celery, chopped
1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 medium red onion, chopped
2 cups frozen corn
15 ounce chick peas
15 ounce dark red kidney beans
Directions:
1. Mix dressing and add to drained and rinse beans and thawed corn.
