Ingredients:
2 lbs ground turkey meat
1 med sweet onion
1 med bell pepper
3 tbsp italian seasoning
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp crushed red pepper
1 tsp minced garlic
2 lbs whole wheat spaghetti
70 oz crushed tomatoes - actually 3 cans of hunt's traditional spaghetti sauce
Directions:
1. Combine and brown on medium to low heat. Add to Spaghetti Sauce.
