BBQ Skewered Veggies

Nice spicy marinade sauce - don't just use it for veggies try it on chicken or other meats.
Ingredients:
8 cherry tomatoes, halved
1 green pepper, seeded,cut into 8 pieces
8 button mushrooms
8 broccoli florets
1 onion, cut into 8 wedges
8 green onions, diced (green and white parts)
1 onion, diced
2 scotch bonnet peppers or 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon dried thyme or 2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
1. Thread veggies onto 4 skewers, alternate the veggies.
2. Place skewers in a casserole dish.
3. Place all the marinade ingredients in a food processor and process for about 20 seconds.
4. Pour over the skewered veggies.
5. Marinate 3-4 hours in the refrigerator.
6. BBQ Skewers about 4 minutes each side (Save the marinade for another day).
