Ingredients:
1 lb bacon
1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts
1 cup catsup
1/2 cup brown sugar
toothpick
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Wrap each chestnut in a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
3. Place the wrapped chestnuts on a cookie sheet and bake for 35 minutes.
4. Mix catsup and brown sugar.
5. After getting the chestnuts out of the oven, carefully drain off grease.
6. Dip each bacon-wrapped chestnut in the catsup mixture and coat well.
7. Place back on cookie sheet and bake again for 35 minutes or until the catsup coating becomes rather sticky.
