BBQ-Glazed Mini Meatloaves

Quick, easy, and delicious, mini meat loaves with shredded cheese and stuffing mix are baked in muffin cups and brushed with barbecue sauce.
Ingredients:
1 cup hot water
1 (120 g) package stove top stuffing mix for chicken
1 pound extra-lean ground beef
1 cup kraft mozza-cheddar shredded cheese
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1/2 cup bull's-eye bold original barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Add hot water to stuffing mix in large bowl; stir just until moistened. Add meat, cheese and onions; mix well.
3. Press into 12 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray.
4. Bake 25 min. or until done (160 degrees F), brushing with combined barbecue sauce and sugar for the last 10 min.
