Ingredients:
2 lbs french fries (julienne style made from idaho russet potatoes)
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions:
1. Whisk together all seasonings in a small bowl.
2. Place cut potatoes in a large Ziploc bag. Drizzle with olive oil.
3. Pour seasoning mixture over top and seal tightly. Shake until seasoning mixture is distributed evenly throughout and fries are covered.
4. Bake in a preheated 425 degree oven for 20 minutes or until crispy.
