Bbq Asian Chicken Wings

A sweet and spicy, sticky chicken wing
Ingredients:
16 large chicken wings
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
1 tbl. ground ginger
3-6 drops sasame seed oil
3 scallioins
1 tbl. crushed red pepper
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup lemon jucie
Directions:
1. in sauce pan combine all ingredients except scallions and wings
2. bring mixture to boil to melt brn sugar
3. let cool
4. add sliced scallions
5. put wings in gallon size ziplock freezer bag
6. add sauce mixture
7. marinade for as long as possible (I do 2 days) in frig.
8. make sure you turn in frig every time you open it.
9. Grill on BBQ medium heat turning wings every 6-7 min.
10. last half hour bush wings with marinade evry 6-7 mins.
11. wings will become sticky
12. keep an eye on them as they will blacken quickly if not watched
