Bavarian Pork Chops Skillet Dinner

Ingredients:
4 boneless pork chops, trimmed
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 medium carrots, shredded
1 (14 ounce) can sauerkraut, drained, rinsed
1 teaspoon caraway seed
1/3 cup apple juice
Directions:
1. Spray 12-inch non-stick skillet with cooking spray.
2. Heat over medium-high heat until hot.
3. Add pork chops; cook 4 minutes.
4. Turn chops and add onion; cook 4 to 6 minutes or until chops are browned.
5. Move chops to one side of skillet.
6. Add remaining ingredients; stir to combine.
7. Place chops on top of mixture.
8. Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook 4 to 6 minutes or until chops are no longer pink in center and flavors are blended, stirring sauerkraut around chops occasionally.
