Battling Bears French Toast

Ingredients:
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 tbsps light syrup karo
french bread (i use a loaf day old italian bread cut 3/4 thick slices)
5 eggs
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1/4 cup evaporated milk/cream
1/4 cup triple sec
dash of grated orange rind
Directions:
1. Mix together brown sugar, butter, corn syrup, egg and evaporated milk. Heat until boiling and boil 1 minute, stirring constantly.
2. Pour into 9x12 glass baking dish sprayed with Pam.
3. Slice bread into 3/4 slices and nestle into syrup.
4. Place egg, milk, triple sec, grated orange and vanilla into blender and whirl 15 seconds.
5. Pour over bread.
6. Cover and refrigerate over night.
7. Bake 30-35 minutes in a 350 degree oven. (Until bread turns brown)
