ok, so i lied. this is not the healthiest, but it sure makes a lot of folks happy! an American take on the Indian pakora
Ingredients:
3/4 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons oil
1 egg
ground peppercorn
0.5 (8 ounce) packet linguine
oil
salt
1 zucchini
1 yellow squash
1 cup broccoli floret
Directions:
1. Batter (from Rhonda in Texas 178075).

3. Mix all ingredients together with wire whisk.
4. Dip veggies in batter, then deep fry in hot oil.
5. Boil linguini till al dente.
6. roll in battered squash.
7. Add salt and pepper.
