The Southern citrus burst of the homemade liqueur, Satsuma-Cello, delivers a festive twist to the julep cocktail, Basil-Satsuma Julep. Ingredients:
1/4 cup basil leaves |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1 cup satsuma-cello |
2 cups ice |
2 cups club soda |
Directions:
1. Muddle basil leaves with sugar. Add Satsuma-Cello. Let stand 5 minutes. Strain into a pitcher. Stir in ice and club soda. |
