Ingredients:
3 cups fresh basil leaves
3 -4 large garlic cloves
1/3 cup lightly toasted pine nuts or 1/3 cup walnuts
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Mince basil and garlic in food processor.
2. Add nuts and mince some more.
3. Drizzle oil in as machine is running.
4. When you have a smooth paste transfer to bowl.
5. Stir in cheese, salt, and pepper.
