Low Calorie Tossed Salad for lunch or dinner. Just add light dressing or wine vinegar, other desired condements,parmesan, nuts,croutons,or bacos etc, and serve. Added items must be counted separately!!!
Ingredients:
124 g roma tomatoes,raw 2 med.
84 g lettuce,cos or romaine raw 4 0z
10 g cucumber, with peel raw
28 g green pepper, raw 1 oz
28 g red onion, raw 1 oz
4 1/2 g radishes, raw 1 medium
14 g 50 % reduced fat cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. Slice or cut items to desired sizes shapes and place each in a large glass bowl.
2. Add dressing and any desired options and toss well. Eat right from the bowl or share with a friend!
