Basic Orzo Pasta Salad

A tasty cold orzo pasta salad. It's very basic and easy to alter: add tomatoes, zucchini, bell peppers, black beans, corn, capers, olives, pine nuts, shrimp, whatever!
Ingredients:
3 cups cooked orzo pasta (equals about 1 cup uncooked)
1 cup frozen green pea, thawed
3 ounces crumbled feta cheese
1 cup chopped parsley
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, and toss well to coat. Cover bowl and chill for one hour.
