Ingredients:
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
5 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon sugar

1. Mix all the ingredients other than oil in a bowl. Add oil gradually into a bowl and mix well.
