divide by 3 to be able to prepare 3 kinds of Jambayala bacon/brat, seafood, and veggie
Ingredients:
18 lbs ground beef
18 lbs smoked sausage
18 onions, chopped
18 bell peppers, chopped
54 celery ribs, chopped
18 minced garlic cloves
18 medium heads of cabbage (squash)
1 gal. vegetable stock
6 cups water
cans diced stewed tomatoes
can red beans, drained rinsed
can pinto beans, drained rinsed
18 cups uncooked long-grain rice
18 cups water
cumin, 2 tablespoon
dark chili powder
3 tablespoons cajun seasoning, # 1111
salt and pepper, cajun seasoning
Directions:
1. prepare in heavy 3 gallon stock pot.
