This hummus has more water than olive oil, and I use almond butter instead of tahini. Other than that, it's pretty close to plain hummus, but with a bigger serving size.
Ingredients:
275 g chickpeas, canned
32 g almond butter
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
5 cloves garlic
1/3 c water
1/2 t paprika
Directions:
1. Pulse all ingredients in a food processor until you've reached the desired consistency.
