Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs
2 tablespoons butter melted
vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Combine flour, sugar, salt, milk and vanilla beating until smooth.
2. Add eggs and beat well then stir in butter.
3. Refrigerate batter at least 2 hours.
4. Cook crepes on crepe pan or in skillet with oil.
5. Pour 2 tablespoons batter into pan.
6. Quickly tilt pan in all directions so batter covers pan in a thin film.
7. Cook 1 minute or until lightly brown.
