Basic Crepes

Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups flour
3 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 1/2 cups milk
1 pinch salt
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in blender container.
2. Blend.
3. Let stand at least one hour before making crepes.
4. Heat a lightly greased 6 inch skillet; remove from heat.
5. Spoon in 2 Tbsp batter; lift and tilt skillet to spread evenly.
6. Return to heat; brown on one side only.
7. To remove, invert pan over paper toweling.
8. Repeat with remaining batter.
