Basic Chinese Beef Stir Fry

Quick, easy and yummy!
Ingredients:
1 lb boneless sirloin steak
1 1/2 cups rice, cooked
2 broccoli, heads chopped
1/4 lb fresh snow pea
2 tablespoons oil
marinade
2 tablespoons cooking sherry
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon sugar
Directions:
1. Mix together all marinade ingredients.
2. Partially thaw the meat, then make thin slices (With a slight diagonal cut)
3. Add the meat slices to the marinade.
4. Marinade in fridge for 1 hour.
5. Add oil to a pan and put to high heat, then add meat and veggies. Stir until meat and veggies are done.
6. Serve over a plate of rice.
7. Prep time includes marinade time.
