Ingredients:
1 cup buckwheat flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup egg beaters egg substitute
1/2 cup applesauce
2 -2 1/2 cups water
Directions:
1. Stir flours, baking powder, and cinnamon. Add vanilla, eggs, applesauce, and water.
2. Pour batter onto griddle.
