Barley Corn Casserole

I found this on the WW message boards. I haven't tried yet, but it looks good.
Ingredients:
1 cup chopped onion
2/3 cup chopped carrot
3 chopped garlic cloves
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup barley
3 cups fat free chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cups frozen corn, defrosted
1/2 cup fresh parsley
Directions:
1. Sauté onion, carrot and garlic in olive oil until tender.
2. Place in 2 qt prepared baking dish.
3. Add barely, chicken broth, salt and pepper.
4. Cover and cook at 350 for 60 minutes.
5. Uncover and stir in corn and parsley.
6. Cover and cook for 10-15 until corn is heated through.
