Ingredients:

Directions:
1. ricotta barfi: fry dry stuff with butter, or add dry stuff w/ricotta and sugar, add sugar and ricotta and flavorings, cook till thick, let cool garnish with pistachios(1 pie pan)

3. cup almonds (dry blanched)
4. /3 cup sugar
5. cardomom and safron
6. tbsp butter
7. suji ka halva: fry suji with butter, boil liquid and sugar, combine, cook, add flavorings, let cool (2 pie pans)
8. cup suji
9. /2 cup / 1 stick butter
10. cups water + milk
11. cup sugar
12. cardomom, almonds for garnish
13. besan barfi: fry besan with butter, boil sugar with water till stringy, mix, let cool
14. cups besan
15. cup ghii
16. cups sugar
17. cup water, plus kardomom
18. kaju/other nut barfi- crush nuts, add to boiled stringy syrup, mix add oil, let cool
