BARBEQUE CUPS DATED 1966 This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Armstrong Estate in Belton, Texas in 1984.
Ingredients:
1 pound lean ground beef browned and drained
1/2 cup barbeque sauce
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 can refrigerator biscuits
3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. Add barbeque sauce, onions and brown sugar to browned and drained ground beef.
2. Press biscuits into greased muffin pan to form cups.
3. Spoon beef mixture into cups and top with cheese then bake at 400 for 10 minutes.
