Ingredients:
1 lb shrimp, shelled and deveined
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients with shrimp and marinate in refrigerator for several hours.
2. Place in wire grill basket or on skewers and grill about 5 minutes on each side.
