Barbecued Pork Strips

Ingredients:
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup dry sherry
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks (do not drain)
3 lbs lean pork, cut into strips,browned,and drained
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except pork strips in Crock Pot and stir well.
2. Add pork and stir to coat.
3. Cook on low, covered, for 8 to 10 hours.
4. Serve with sauce.
