Barbecued-Pork Sandwiches

Ingredients:
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 cup sliced onion
1/2 cup green bell pepper strips
2 (2-ounce) sandwich rolls
3/4 cup thinly sliced apricot-glazed pork roast (about 4 ounces)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°.
2. Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl. Stir well; set aside.
3. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and bell pepper; sauté 6 minutes or until tender.
4. Spread barbecue sauce over cut sides of rolls. Divide onion mixture and pork evenly between roll bottoms; top with roll tops.
5. Wrap sandwiches tightly in foil; bake at 400° for 15 minutes.
