Barbecued Lobster Tails

Ingredients:
1 teaspoon salt substitute
1 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 (10 ounce) lobster tails, thawed
Directions:
1. Split the tails lengthwise with a large knife.
2. Thoroughly mix all the other ingredients.
3. Brush meat side of tail with marinade.
4. Place the tails meat side down over medium coals and grill for 5-6 minutes.
5. Turn over lobster and cook for another 5-6 minutes, brushing often with the remaining marinade.
6. Do not overcook- lobster is done when it is opaque and firm to the touch.
7. Serve with drawn butter and hunks of fresh lemon.
8. Drool.
