Ingredients:
1 (14- to 16-pound) leg of pork (fresh ham)
hot barbecue sauce
Directions:
1. Insert meat thermometer into ham, being careful not to touch bone or fat. Place meat on grill 8 inches from hot coals. Cover and cook 4 1/2 hours, turning occasionally. Uncover and baste with Hot Barbecue Sauce. Cover and cook an additional 2 hours or until meat thermometer registers 170°; baste frequently with sauce.
2. Let meat stand 20 minutes; slice and serve with remaining sauce.
