Barbecued Fried Wings

Tasty snack. Great for buffets, Monday night football, movie night, bridge nights, or just for supper with mashed potatoes, gravy and salad!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste, sauce (see my recipe)
black pepper
cayenne pepper (optional)
1 egg, beaten
flour or breadcrumbs, seasoned with
salt
pepper
1 dash curry powder (optional)
oil (for frying)
chicken wings
Directions:
1. Mix the first 6 ingredients in a bowl.
2. Mix flour and spices on a plate.
3. Heat oil.
4. Wash wings well.
5. Dip in liquid mixture.
6. Roll in flour mixture.
7. Fry until fully cooked.
