Ingredients:
6 cups diced chicken, cooked
2 cups celery, chopped
1 cup onion, chopped
1 cup green pepper, chopped
4 tablespoons butter
2 cups ketchup
2 cups water
2 tablespoons brown sugar
4 tablespoons vinegar
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker, cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
2. Stir chicken until it shreds.
3. Pile onto steak rolls, and serve.
